The Yeezy 700 MNVN ‘Triple Black’ & ‘Orange’ gets confirmed

Well, this was certainly unexpected. earlier this week, we reported that a Yeezy 700 ‘MNVN’ was in the works and rumoured to drop at the start of next year. In an expected turn of events, the shoe has now been confirmed to be an entirely new silhouette that was previously dubbed the Yeezy 700 VX.

Revealed by sneaker insiders Yeezy Mafia, the 700 MNVN will release in ‘Triple Black’ and ‘Orange’ colourways, with additional shades expected to drop very soon after. short for “minivan”, the shoe originally leaked back in September of last year when Kanye West personally gifted a ‘Semi Frozen Yellow’ pair to 6ix9ine’s manager.

The brainchild of Christian Tresser and Steven Smith, the sneaker features a completely different construction compared to the V1 and the V2. While it boasts the exact same increase unit, complete with the aggressive curves and sharp edges, the upper is completely different. instead of the suede, leather, and mesh cocktail that we’ve become accustomed to, it’s now crafted from a nylon material that’s sleek and streamlined.

An oversized pull tab graces the heel, while enormous “700” branding adorns the lateral and medial side panels. 3M elements can also be found around the toe box and heel, allowing sneakerheads to flex even in low light conditions.

Unlike anything that we’ve seen before, the Yeezy 700 MNVN will release early next year with a price label of around £180. This is considerably less expensive that the current 700 line-up, so it’s very apparent that Ye is stilling sticking to his guarantee of “Yeezys for everyone.” What do you think of this release? will you be grabbing a pair? let us know what’s on your mind, and make sure you keep it locked at The Sole provider for the hottest sneaker news!
