Taking to Instagram to tease the collection, the Parisian fashion house’s footwear designer Thibo Denis unveiled some of the models that are expected to drop later this year. arriving in three tonal colourways, the highlight of the range has got to be the light grey pair that will a lot of absolutely work with any fit you throw at it. featuring a premium felt base, a rubberised toecap gives the slide a bit of a rugged look, while the footbed is made from cork which harkens back to Birkenstock’s signature line.
Kim Jones’ love of rollercoaster buckles can be seen front and centre complete with in the luxury brand’s logo in their signature serif font, and underfoot, the outsole is etched with co-branded detailing throughout to cement the collaboration.

As well as the light grey, the Dior x Birkenstock collection will also include a clean cream one as well as an earthy brown pair too. Denis also flexed one that’s finely decorated with pastel floral stitching, but this could just be a custom-made that he has made for himself.
